Vital Foods Networks® is one of the nation’s first customer experience measurement companies. We're out for qualified individuals to assess a retail store, buy some items & write a short report/observation on customer service and the purchased items. “Field representative” is how we refer to all who perform market research services for American Consumer Panels clients on product & brand reviews.

Accepted applicants are either paid a prearranged fee via bank authorized check for store survey, a reimbursement for purchase or a combination of both. The payment for each assignment is $700 and you can make as much as $4,000 per month. This program requires you to act as a regular shopper and experience the sales process as everyday retail customer would, such as purchasing an item, making an inquiry, making complaints or returning a product.

Our company has been contracted to run a quality survey on Apple, Walmart Stores, Best Buy, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Bitcoin ATMs and other couple of stores and brands. Sinclair Customer Metrics will finance all items you need to buy at the store.
